In Rainy Days We Roll Up!

The autumn came with a bang and a crash. For a few days here in Bulgaria it is so cold and it rains from morning till night. I know it sounds pretty uncomfortable, but this time is wonderful. The perfect excuse for the more lazy people to sleep yet more, for as long as it is so pleasant … and the perfect moment for all of you who have loads of things to do. Just like me.

And you? What are you doing? Do you have a plan to make use of this rainy weather and, though the dark sky outside, create light and warmth within yourself?

For all of you who are wondering what to do, please choose something from my suggestions.

If you follow my blog, you know that I decided to test and challenge myself, namely to read 13 books. You can read about my challenge here. In the past few months, I’ve got a lot of books that I want to read, but I still found an apology to not to or I find a brand new book I read right away. So if you have a book you want to read for a long time, but you still do not find that time, I think the moment has come. Please share in a comment below which books you will read so I can add new ones for my ‘to-read’ list.

If you do not fall on reading books but love to watch movies and series, then here we go. In addition to reading, I like to watch interesting, burly series. Every morning I start my day with two episodes ‘CSI:Miami’ – maybe one of my favorite series. And as you already know, I’m falling into the criminal series where there’s an investigation, psychological analysis, action, thrill, but the scene is not too gloomy. That’s why I loves the Miami crime scene, but not the ‘CSI’ or ‘CSI:New York’. I also watch ‘CSI: Cyber Attacks’. I love people who understand computers, the internet, that they know how to hack things, it’s so exciting, and in crime investigations it’s very important. Other series I recommend: Monk, Bones, Castle, Elementary Watson, White Collar, Quantico. I think I will soon write a post about this topic because I generally do not watch serials, I do not follow seasons, and I am pretty ignorant in general. My bad.

Exercise. Do some yoga. Meditate. Just do something for yourself and body. My workout post here.

Make a journal and write down your thoughts, beliefs, say thank you, write your plan to action cuz I know you want to change something, you want to build something, you want to live the life of your dreams.

Prepare something. There is no better moment than a rainy afternoon spent in the kitchen. Unlock the chef in you, roll your sleeves, put the apron and let’s start. There is a special suggestion for those of you who want to eat something healthy, light and tasty, but do not want to spend much time in the kitchen. Avo-Toast on Andrea’s recipe, check it out here.

Take a stroll, enjoy the raindrops. Honestly, it works pretty purifying and toning. Forget about your umbrella and go out. Look around for the beauty that surrounds you. Take pictures. Enjoy the time. Relax, you will not get sick. And when you get home it’s time to …

Fill your bath, put your aromatic salts and candles and enjoy a wonderful time in the bathroom. If you have decided that you are not resting so much because there is much work to do, I think this is the best time to rearrange the wardrobe. It is time to wave the summer clothes a goodbye and to welcome the warm socks & the big sweaters. It is definitely time for an autumn cleaning if you understand me.

And if you are not at home at all, you can go out to a café with friends, go watch movies or go shopping. I really want to post a post with the things I want to buy in time, my WISHLIST – yeees! I think it will be quite interesting.

Or to spend some proper time with a loved one or your family. Organize a short trip to somewhere and enjoy the time together. Because such moments are yet to come.

I do not know if you’ve noticed, but when it gets colder outside, people get warmer and dearest and are increasingly looking for attention, support and warmth from their loved ones and friends. Autumn and Winter are some of the most magical seasons.

And what are your suggestions for rainy days? Share with me!

Challenge YourSelf! 110 Days, 3 000+ Pages

In today’s post, I want to open the subject for goals and their achievement in one way or another. Today we will be talking about a simple strategy that definitely helps. The only thing you need is getting enough ambition.

We often put our thoughts in our head. We walk, read an article, or we’re in the bathroom – just like me – and think how we want to change our lives, what exactly we want to chage in our daily lives, to stop making a habit, to start eating lighter and healthier food, to sport more often? We have a whole bunch of ideas that we want to accomplish. But when? We are so busy with work and obligations that it rarely remains time for ourselves. Therefore, in most cases, to conceal this great excuse, we are deluding one, even greater – tomorrow I begin! This starting tomorrow, is lasting for two or three days, and then suddenly some apologies appear and things are unfinished. We try to deceive ourselves that it’s not just for us, that the time has not come.

And when will the right moment come?

Well, no matter how painful and stupid it may sound the answer is – never. The right moment will never come if we do not do it ourselves. Because we are the ones who set the rules in our game called life. If we do not take the first step, no one will come to us and help us step. Everyone has their goals in this life and has to pursue them, no matter what happens. Do not think about the end result. Focus on implementing the plan with your own means, desire and ambition. Treat yourself with love and excitement for everything you do, even if it is the simplest thing, like making a salad. Let’s make it the most delicious and good-looking salad ever, shall we?

Of course, but first we have to set it for purpose. I’ve put a lot of goals in the past two months, I’m working on projects and I want to do my best because I’m doing it for myself first of all. One of my wishes, before this year’s end, is to read a number of books. Honestly, a lot of books I have on the reading list and I still find something else to do, and the goal is just to focus and to distribute the time correctly. This is a topic I will be talking about in one of the future posts. And now it’s time to show you my list of books that I want to read in 110 days because this is the time that remains until the end of the year. Aahh, sounds scary, only 110 day but I can do it, you can do it, we can do it!

It is something very special and responsible for me to share online my book list because I know that I have a task to do. That’s why I always write down everything I have to do and I always do it. Somehow I find it rather uncomfortable to write X against a task.
The list I share is chaotic. I will not read the books in the way they are mentioned here, but as I came from within, because ultimately the goal is clear – everything must have been read before the time elapsed.

My Phone Experience + Samsung Galaxy S8+ Review

As I promised you in today’s post, I will make a detailed review of my new phone, which I received as a gift from Mom for my birthday.
This is my third smartphone and I am extremely happy with the latest addition.

Honestly, from a little girl I remember myself with a phone in my hand. My family was dealing with phones so I always had the newest and the best. I remember my first phone was huge, like a brick, with an antenna, buttons and a small screen. It was not much, but it was my phone. I changed the phones very often, maybe in two, three months I was with a new one and I was very happy. Then there was no entertainment, the internet, games, and stuff like this. But the thing that impressed me – and continued to – was the menu and the settings that every phone had. I remember lying in bed at night and looking at all the settings. It was interesting to experiment, though there was not much to change.

So, from phone to phone it came to the moment when smartphones came into full force in our daily lives. 2012-2013 was the time when you could not have a smartphone, that is, a touchscreen phone with Subway Surfers game on it. In the same period, there were two top brands of phones that continue to be good rivals among themselves. So, for my 15th birthday my mother gave me a smartphone that was unique for its time. I’ve been using it for more than 2 years, and I was very happy because I had games, I could listen to music, go in and explore my social networks, make cool pictures. Plus, thanks to it, I managed to do all things for the blog. But like every phone its time has passed. It started to bang very super, it did not open all my applications, the battery was falling very fast. Separately many new models came out so I literally cried for a new phone. And so until November 27th, 2015. A normal Friday night. I was coming back after school. I went to the kitchen as usual to talk to Mom and let each of us know how the day had passed. She was looking at me strangely. I remember I looked three times at the kitchen cabinet and finally noticed a red sheet cut in the shape of a heart. Immediately after it I saw 32GB. Then S6+ Edge. Anyone who knows me can guess how excited I was. I immediately began to cry, barely able to pull out the box that was really big, just because the phone itself was sooo big. So … there was no happier person than me because I did not have a regular phone but the latest innovation for the phones as a whole. Curved screen – edge screen – and countless possibilities.

This phone has confirmed my love for Samsung as a brand and phone maker. I was amazed at what features this phone gives you. It’s not just a phone call, it’s a mini computer, a mini camera, everything that a person needs or a blogger like me needs in one phone. Everything was gathered in one device that served me faithfully until that day.

On my birthday, mom pleased me with the newest star in the family of Samsung, and the emotion was indescribable, but I did my best to tell you how it happened, you can read here.

I’ve always been a fan of the big things – big cars, big notebooks, big blouses, big phones. That’s exactly one reason why I love Samsung and their phone models. Although large, the phone is pretty compact, the screen lets you get the best, so there’s no such scroll. It is definitely a dream come true. As long as I’ve talked about telephones in general, let’s pay special attention to this gem. I admit it – I’m in love with it.

‘THE NEXT BIG THING’ as a slogan

If you are a lover of big phones you won’t find a prettier device with a large screen anywhere else & belive me – you can reach that fingerprint reader easily no matter that is on the back of the phone right of the camera lens.

A large display – to be accurate – 6.2 inch (158.1 mm) with 2,960×1,440 pixels resolution – which makes it really taller but it’s slimmer than you’d expect for such a phone. The display gives you a bigger canvas for typing, reading, watching videos or movies plus gazing at your photo. You can do whatever you want and still looking classy.

Bigger battery – long life – 3.500mAh.

Storage64GB & RAM – 4GB – bloggers’ dream!

Mobile softwareAndroid 7.0 Nougat – the best one they have ever made

Camera: back – 12MP & front – 8MP

What I love about this phone is its big display, edge screen ( the edge panel is amazing feat. apps, fast call, smart select, quick tools, music, etc ), advanced features ( one-handed mode ), the assistant menu ( I cannot life without you! ), the camera… oh, just everything. Please watch the video from above and see all the things this phone provide.

If you fancy I will write an update after 1 month of using it, just let me know in the comments below.

Time to discover new things…
